| 摘 要： | 针对城市建设变电所面临的用地紧张问题，提出对土地的综合利用措施，将地下变电站与民用建筑结合建设。采用无油化设备，提高消防能力；开发地面上的商业，提高土地利用率，降低工程造价，获得满意的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The idea of making comprehensive use of land was presented focusing on the lack land to build substation while city expanding, that is, a substation under ground and civil building are to be co - set, using non - oil equipment to promote the safety of fire control, and business on the ground could be developed at the same time, which enhances land use ratio, decreases project cost, has a satisfied economic benefit. |
