| 摘 要： | 工程项目后评价是建设项目和工业企业经济体系的重要组成部分，与工程项目前评估不同，它是对工程项目已经发生过的经济活动的综合评价。对电力工程项目后评价的内容、方法、指标系列、机构设置及其在电力工业发展中的作用进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The evaluation of a finished project is an important part of the project construction and the economic system of the industrial enterprises. Different from the evaluation of a project before its construction, the evaluation of a finished project focus on the past economic activities related to the project. The contents, methods, indexes, organization, as well as the role of the evaluation of a finished power engineering project are investigated in detail in this paper. |
