| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the assurance role of technical supervision on construction quality of the thermal power constructure engineering,focusing on the major quality problems and the appropriate treatment measures during the whole process construction technical supervision for the 600MW subcritical parameter units.In accordance with problems emerging in other projects or units,a series of precautions and proposals are put forword to ensure the construction quality and safety of the thermal power plants. |
