油中糠醛浓度判定变压器固体绝缘劣化程度的研究

摘    要:变压器油的炼制由原来的酸碱精制发展到糠醛溶剂精制,水洗过程无法完全除去糠醛溶剂,因此,新的变压器油含有一定量的糠醛,使得现行的采用油中糠醛含量判断变压器固体绝缘劣化程度的规定不适用。文章提出了采用糠醛试验判断变压器固体绝缘劣化程度的修正方法。

Abstract:Transformer oil refining has developed from primary acid and alkali purification to furfural solvent purification.However,the washing process can't remove furfural solvent completely.Therefore,new transformer oil contents furfural to a certain extent,which makes the current regulations not applicable to judge the aging of transformer solid insulation with oil furfural concentration.The paper presents an improved idea to match this judging level.
