| 摘 要： | 根据云南巡检司电厂7号机组300MW循环流化床锅炉的安装经验，从该类型锅炉的设计特点、施工难点、主要施工方案策划、施工过程控制和管理、锅炉调试、试运阶段制定的特殊方案及实施等几方面进行了介绍。该锅炉在安装中消除了以往同类工程中易出现的问题，投运后机组运行稳定，各项运行主要指标达到设计考核标准，实现了机组168h试运后不停机连续运行80天的优异成绩。
