摘    要:为提高变电站整体设计水平与整体性能,支撑管理方式变革,满足未来电网智能、可靠、环保的发展要求,新一代智能变电站在吸收现有智能变电站试点工程设计、建设及运行等经验的基础上,从整体方案的顶层设计优化人手,建立了一种结合质量功能展开法(qualityfunctiondeployment,QFD)与全生命周期管理(1ifecyclecosts,LCC)的顶层设计模式。该模式既吸收了QFD与LCC的优点,又克服了彼此的不足,不仅实现变电站可研、初设阶段从总体设计到分工设计的整体集成设计模式,还可用于指导新一代智能变电站技术发展。

Abstract:In order to enhance the design level and performance of substations for the support of management mode reform, as well as the development requirements of intelligence, reliability and environment protection of grid, all the research and development for the new generation smart substation should be based on the design, construction and operating experience of existing smart substation pilot and started with the optimization of top-level design. For this reason, a new design pattern of top-level combined with quality function deployment (QFD) and life cycle costs (LCC) was put forward. Due to the absorption of their advantages and overcoming defects of each other, the top-level design mode of whole-to- division can be used in the substation feasibility study stage and original design stage, and also can be used to guide the development of new generation substation.
