摘    要:针对目前智能电网电力终端通信接入网建设中技术经济评价体系不完善的现状,从电力终端通信接入网建设成本、效益和费效比3个方面提出了电力终端通信接入网技术经济性评价指标集,借助目标评估中的层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP)与熵值分析法,确定了评价指标集中的各指标权重,从而构建了完整的电力终端通信接入网技术经济性评价体系。

Abstract:Since to the situation that the technical and economic evaluation system in the power terminal access network construction for smart grid was imperfect, this paper proposes the index set of technical and economic evaluation for power terminal access network from three aspects: cost of construction, benefit and cost-benefit ratio. By means of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy analysis in object assessment, each index weight in evaluation index set was determined. Then, the complete technical and economic evaluation system was constructed for power terminal access networks.
