双背压汽轮机热耗率计算的探讨

摘    要:目前双背压汽轮机是按单背压汽轮机来进行热耗率计算的,由此带来热耗率计算的偏差。原因是受低背压的影响,排汽损失增大,汽轮机2个不同背压的算术平均值对应的热耗率并不等于汽轮机2个不同背压对应的热耗率。提出双背压汽轮机热耗率较为准确的加权计算方法,以某电厂为例进行分析,并对双背压汽轮机的热力试验方法提出建议。
