摘    要:风电的间歇性、远距离、大规模、难预测等特性使其接入电网对电力系统规划建设、生产运行、安全稳定造成重大影响.针对电力系统实时调度模式下大规模风电场并网调度难题,提出了虚拟发电厂的设想,通过把某区域的风力发电机组和常规水、火电机组及其他储能设备进行等效实现电网功率有效控制.以某千万kW风电基地为例,建立了虚拟发电厂数据模型...

Abstract:Wind power grid integration has significant effects on the construction,production operations,security and stability of power system,due to the characteristics of intermittence,long distance,large-scale,and difficult to forecast of wind power.In this paper,the virtual power plant is proposed to solve problems that it is difficult to dispatch for large-scale wind power grid integration in the existing real-time scheduling mode of power system.The equivalence of local wind power,traditional water and thermal power,and other energy storage devices is achieved to effectively control power of grid.The feasibility is proved base on the data model of a virtual power plant and data validation by using the actual network operation data of a million kilowatts of wind power.
