电池储能系统平滑风电功率控制策略

摘    要:风电功率具有随机性与波动性,为减小风电功率波动对电网带来的不利影响、减小风电功率分钟级的波动量,采取一阶低通滤波器并利用电池储能系统对风电功率进行平滑控制。根据风电功率的平滑效果,选取合适的平滑时间常数,分析储能容量与平滑时间常数之间的关系,并根据单位储能平滑率选取合适的储能平滑时间常数,可为风电场通过配置储能系统平滑风电功率提供参考。

Abstract:Wind power has the characteristics of randomness and fluctuation. In order to reduce the bad influence of wind power fluctuation on the power grid, as well as variation of wind power fluctuation per minute, the smoothing control was usded for the wind power with a first order low pass filter and battery energy storage system. The suitable smoothing time constant was selected according to the smoothing effect of the wind power, the relationship between energy storage capacity and smoothing time constants was analyzed, and the suitable smoothing time constant of energy storage was chosen according to the smoothing rate of energy storage, which could provide the reference for the wind power smoothing control of wind farm with energy storage system.
