| Abstract: | During the construction management of 500 kV Hainan interconnecting submarine cable project, the project standardized management system has been built up by the implementation of procedure and formatting management system and the establishment of information acquisition and communication mechanism. This project standardization management experience can provide references for other foreign power transmission project. |
