宽支撑防风型芒刺电晕线的试验研究

摘    要:反电晕和二次扬尘是提高电除尘器的除尘效率所面临的两大难题。采用一种宽支撑防风型芒刺电晕线 ,它加大了阴极收尘面积 ,防风措施减小了阴极二次扬尘。在实验室中对这种电晕线进行了放电特性试验研究 ,证明它可以有效地避免或减少反电晕的发生 ,改善板电流密度分布的均匀性 ,提高电除尘器的除尘效率 ,是解决高比电阻粉尘问题的有效措施。

Abstract:The discorona and re-entrain dust are two key issues to improve the efficiency of the electric precipitator. Application of a wide-support windproof electrode can increases the dust collection area of the electrode and windproof reduces the re-entrain dust on the electrode. The test on the discharge characteristic of this electrode in the laboratory has indicated that it can effectively avoid or reduce the occurrence of discorona, improve the distribution uniformity of current intensity and increase the dust removal efficiency of the precipitator. So this is an effective measures to solve the high ratio resistance dust.
