特高压电网对福建电网安全稳定影响的研究

摘    要:根据国家电网特高压骨干网架总体规划,2015 年前后特高压电网将进入福建,必将对福建电网产生重大而深远的影响。尤其值得关注的问题有:特高压电网对福建电网安全稳定的影响、对福建电网短路电流的影响、对福建电网无功补偿的影响以及对福建电网结构的影响与1 000/500 kV 电磁环网的解环等问题。必须尽快对上述问题开展研究,及早谋划好相关对策和措施,确保特高压电网出现后福建电网能够安全稳定运行。

Abstract:According to SGCC's general plan of backbone UHV grid,UHV grid will be constructed in Fujian around 2015,which has great and far-reaching significance to Fujian grid.Some issues that require special consideration include the influences of UHV grid on the safety and stability,short circuit current,reactive power compensation,and structure of Fujian grid,as well as decoupling the 1 000/500 kV electromagnetic loop network,etc.Studies on these issues must be carried out as soon as possible,and certain countermeasures must also be prepared earlier to ensure safe and stable operation of Fujian grid after the emergence of UHV grid.
