大规模风电脱网事故的几点思考

摘    要:至2010年底,我国风电装机总容量达到44.733 GW,风电在高速发展中的问题开始集中出现。2011年,风机脱网事故频发,几个风电基地相继发生大规模风电脱网事故,对风电场和电网的安全运行带来了严重影响。通过介绍2011年几次大的风电脱网事故情况,对事故中暴露出的问题进行了分析,同时对中外风机性能进行了对比,最后提出了发展风电的一些建议。

Abstract:The installed wind power capacity in China reaches to 44. 733 GW at the end of 2010. Some potential wind power problems occur with the fast development of wind power. In 2011, wind farms consequently disconnected from the local power grid and severely impact the security of power grid. This paper investigates the large-scale wind farm disconnection accidents which happened recently in northwest China. The reasons that cause the accidents are analyzed. The characteristics of wind turbine generator made in China are compared with those made in other countries. The advices of developing wind power are proposed in this paper.
