新建火电厂取消燃油系统方案论述

摘    要:随着燃煤锅炉等离子点火技术的成熟,国电东胜热电厂采用先进的等离子点火和稳燃技术.在国内首创基建期间取消燃油系统方案。该电厂属于坑口电厂,煤质稳定,能够满足等离子点火装置对煤质的要求。在点火和稳燃期间,等离子燃烧器具有等离子点火和稳燃功能;在正常运行期间,它又具有主燃烧器功能。冷态启动所需煤粉,通过邻炉来热风制备。取消燃油系统,可以减少设备购置和维护费用,经济效益和社会效益显著。

Abstract:With the maturation of plasma ignition technology for coal-firing boilers, Guodian Dongsheng Thermal Power Plant is the first one in the nation that eliminates fuel-oil system during capital construction by using advanced plasma ignition and combustion stabilizing technology. Quality of the coal used by the plant, which is a pit-mouth power plant, is quite stable, satisfying plasma ignition device's requirement.
