冷弯不等边角钢轴心受压杆稳定系数研究

摘    要:冷弯不等边角钢在输电铁塔等一些特殊构件中有较好的应用前景。然而, 现行《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017—2002) 、《冷弯薄壁型钢技术规范》(GB50018—2002) 及《架空送电线路杆塔结构设计技术规定》(DL/T5154—2002) 没有明确给出冷弯不等边角钢的设计计算方法, 影响了冷弯不等边角钢的推广应用。文章结合型钢稳定理论和有限元数值模拟分析, 研究了冷弯不等边角钢在轴心受压条件下的稳定性和弯扭屈曲承载力, 给出了冷弯不等边角钢轴心受压杆的稳定系数公式, 可供设计参考。

Abstract:Cold-formed non-equilateral angle steel also has good prospects in certain special components,including transmission tower,etc.However,the existing "Steel Structure Design Criterion"(GB50017-2002),"Technical Criterion for Cold-Formed Thin Wall Profiled Bars"(GB50018-2002),and "Overhead Transmission Line Pole and Tower Structural Design Regulation"(DL/T5154-2002) do not provide design and calculation methods for cold-formed non-equilateral angle steel specifically,affecting its promotion.By combining stability theory and finite element numerical simulation,stability and bending-torsion buckling load of cold-formed non-equilateral angle steel under axial compression are studied,and stability coefficient formulae for cold-formed non-equilateral angle steel are also given for design reference.
