摘    要:为了实施水电机组状态检修,需要实现对机组的在线状态监测。考虑到水电机组状态的多样性和复杂性, 应合理选择水电机组在线状态监测的项目,采用基于PXI总线仪器和LabVIEW的具体实施方案。状态监测系统通过 对水电机组状态量的采集、处理和分析,来实现水电机组运行状态在线实时监测,极大地提高了机组利用率。该系统 在水电机组的状态检修中得到了实际应用。

Abstract:In order to implement the state overhaul for hydroelectric generating units, it is necessary to realize the state monitoring. Considering the diversity and complication of the state monitoring, items and solution based on PXI instrument and LabVIEW of on-line monitoring are rationally selected. The realization of on-line real-time monitoring of the hydroelectric generating units by the state monitoring system through collection, processing and analysis of status values is described, which will increase the efficiency of the units greatly. The system is applied in the state overhaul for the hydroelectric generating units.
