摘    要:与交流配电网相比较,直流配电网具有线路损耗小、电能质量好、可靠性高,以及适于各类分布式电源和直流负载接入等优点。首先对分布式电源和电动汽车充放电站接入直流配电网进行研究,接着提出了适用于分布式电源和电动汽车充放电站接入的直流配电网双层环状拓扑,最后利用PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件对各种分布式电源和上述拓扑进行仿真建模。仿真结果说明:当分布式电源的发电量随着外界环境的改变而发生变化时,直流配电网中的直流电压和直流负载的功率不会随之大幅波动,同时直流配电网能和交流系统进行能量传递,并在一定条件下调节交流系统的潮流,充分证明提出的拓扑的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Compared with the AC power distribution network, the DC distribution network has characteristics of lower line losses, better power quality, higher reliability, etc. , and it is suitable for the accessing of all kinds of distributed generation and DC loads. Firstly, this paper studied the accessing of distributed generation, electric vehicle charging and discharging station into DC distribution network. And then a double-ring topology structure was put forward for DC distribution network, which was suitable for the accessing of distributed generation and electric vehicle charging and discharging station. Finally, various distributed generation and the proposed topology structure were simulated with using simulation software PSCAD/EMTDC. The simulation results show that the DC voltage and DC loads in the DC distribution network will not fluctuate sharply, when the capacity of distributed generation changes along with the change of external environment. At the same time the DC distribution network can transfer energy with AC system, and also can regulate the power flow of AC system. The simulation results can verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed topology structure for DC distribution network.
