浙江省火电厂锅炉汽包水位测量问题分析及改进

汽包水位是表征锅炉安全运行的重要参数。由于配置、安装、运行及维护不当等因素，导致汽包水位测量系统存在测量值与实际值不符的情况，影响机组安全、经济、稳定运行。文章对浙江省火电厂汽包水位测量、水位保护投入状况进行现场调查，总结存在的问题，分析问题产生的原因，探讨并提出消除或减少这些问题的技术改进措施，供同行参考。

Analysis on the Problems in Drum Water Level Measurement of Zhejiang Thermal Power Plants

The drum water level is an important parameter that features the safety operation of boilers.A lot of factors,including improper configuration,improper installation,improper operation and maintenance,result in difference between the observed value and the actual value of the drum water level,which affects the safety and stable operation of power units.The paper make a probe into the thermal power plants in Zhejiang Province in terms of drum water level measurement and water level protection,summarizes the existing problems and analyzes their causes,and proposes some technical measures for eliminating or reducing the effects of these problems,which can be used as a reference for other projects.
