二牵六放线施工工艺的实施

摘    要:目前630 mm2 及以上大截面6 分裂和8 分裂导线应用到主干电网中,现有牵引设备的额定牵引力不能达到一次牵引放线6 根或8 根大截面导线的牵引力要求。在利用现有的放线设备及工器具的基础上研发了“二牵六放线施工工艺”,即改1 根牵引绳为2 根分牵引绳共同牵引1 个组合双牵引走板,组合走板连接1 相全部导线,导线通过9 轮组合式放线滑车,2 台牵引机通过智能协同系统控制同步牵引导线。本工艺在向家坝—上海±800 kV特高压直流线路工程皖3A标段放线施工中成功应用,解决了多分裂大截面导线一次展放的难题。

Abstract:At present 6-and 8-bundle large cross-section wires of over 630 mm2 have found wide application in the trunk power grids,while the currently available traction equipment cannot meet the requirement of one-drag-six or one-drag-eight stringing.Based on the existing stringing equipment and tools,a new stringing construction technology of two-drag-six was developed and applied in the Anhui 3A section of Xiangjiaba-Shanghai ± 800 kV UHVDC project,having successfully solved the problem of one-time stringing of multi-bundle large cross-section conductors
