摘    要:基于电力电子装置的次同步振荡(sub-synchronous oscillation,SSO)抑制措施能够快速有效地消除火电机组的次同步振荡问题。该文基于复转矩系数法的原理,推导和分析了采用并联电压源型换流器(voltage source converter,VSC)阻尼和阻断次同步振荡的机理,并提出了一种阻尼与阻断相结合的次同步振荡抑制策略。针对实际工程中存在的次同步振荡问题,构建了实际系统的电磁暂态仿真模型,对所提出的方法进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,与以往抑制策略相比,所提出的抑制策略的抑制效果更加有效。

Abstract:Sub-synchronous oscillation (SSO) problem for thermal power generators can be fastly and effectively solved by SSO mitigation methods based on power electronics.This paper deduces and analyzes the mechanism of damping and interdicting SSO using parallel voltage sourced converter (VSC) based on the principle of the complex torque coefficient approach,and proposes a control strategy for SSO which combines the damping and the interdicting methods.According to the SSO problem in actual project,this paper constructs the electromagnetic transient simulation model for a real power system,and verifies the proposed method through the simulation.The simulation results show that the proposed mitigation strategy is more effective than other straties before
