燃气轮机余热锅炉的优化设计

摘    要:余热锅炉设计单位或制造厂由于使用不同的标准、规范及技术参数 ,使产品的使用性能不同 ,使材料成本、制造成本相差较大。如果以上各点处理不当 ,有可能使产品缺乏市场竞争力而被淘汰。因此 ,必须采用先进的标准、规范 ,对余热锅炉进行优化设计 ,选择优化的余热锅炉热力参数及系统。具体地说 ,即余热锅炉是选用单压系统还是多压系统 ,确定工质出口的压力 ,选定窄点温差、接近点温差、排烟温度、给水温度 ,进行余热锅炉的传热计算等。做好以上各点 ,可使燃汽轮机余热锅炉的设计达到优化 。

Abstract:The design organs or manufactures of recovery boilers apply widely differe nt standards, codes and specifications, which results in different performance o f the product and big difference in material and fabrication cost. If the previo us mentioned issues are handled not properly, the product will loose the competi tive capability and will be eliminated through selection. So the advanced standa rds and codes must be applied and optimized design used for the recovery boilers with selection of optimized parameters and system for the boilers. In concrete speaking, single pressure system or multi-pressure system is selected for the bo ilers, the pressure of medium at outlet to be determined, temperature difference at narrow point and approaching point, flue gas exhaust temperature, feed water temperature to be selected, heat transfer calculation for the boiler, etc.. Bas ed on the previous mentioned issues to be well carried out the design for the re covery boiler in gas turbine unit will be optimized.
