摘    要:全面贯彻全寿命周期理念,详细分析了输电线路全寿命周期成本(life cycle costs,LCC)的组成、计算方法和计算步骤.以500 kV输电线路为例,详细计算了导线、绝缘子、直线塔、塔材、基础、路径方案等主要部件的LCC,而不是只考虑一次投资,并全面考核各设计方案的技术经济性,最后提出了技术和经济上最优的推荐设计...

Abstract:This paper fully implemented the life cycle costs(LCC) theory in power transmission projects;and analyzed its composition and calculation methods.Taking a 500 kV transmission line as the example,LCC of main components including wire,insulator,supporting tower,tower steel,foundation and path,were calculated,meanwhile,initial investment was considered.The technical economy of each design scheme was comprehensively evaluated,and thus proposed the optimal one.
