摘    要:华电1号机组在启动升速和带负荷过程中均因轴振过大引起保护动作跳机,机组无法正常运行,对轴系振动机理分析及参数优化,寻找机组振动原因,通过调整机组启动过程相关参数,机组振动降低,机组运行良好。

Abstract:During startup speeding and load carrying, the No. 1 power generation unit of the Huadian power generation plant shut down by the protection action caused by the over-standard shaft vibration. This paper gives a theoretical analysis and optimization of operation parameters. Based on the analysis on the cause of the over-standard shaft vibration, the operation parameters for startup were modified, the vibration was reduced and the unit was put into good operation.
