ZG0Cr13Ni5Mo钢及其焊缝金属水下疲劳断裂特性的研究

摘    要:采用CT紧凑拉伸试验,对ZGOCr13Ni5Mo钢及其焊缝金属进行了水下疲劳断裂性能的研究。结果表明,ZGOCr13Ni5Mo钢与HS135L焊缝金属的断裂扩展基本相同,HS367L焊缝金属具有较低的疲劳扩展速率,由此可见,HS367L焊缝金属具有更好的抗水下疲劳断裂性;载荷频率对水下疲劳裂纹扩展速率没有明显的影响。

Abstract:The fatigue fracture characteristics of ZG0Cr13Ni5Mo and its weld metal were investigated by using CT testing method. The crack propagation rate in ZG0Cr13Ni5Mo is same as in the weld metal welded with HS135L MIG wire. But the crack propagation rate in weld metal welded with HS367L MIG wire is much lower. Load frequency has no distinct influence on crack propagation rate. Fatigue fracture analysis showed that ZG0Cr13Ni5Mo and the weld metal welded with HS135L have same fatigue fracture resistance, and the weld metal welded with HS367L has higher resistance.
