摘    要:渔子溪电站由于高速泥沙水流的磨蚀作用使水轮机导叶及抗磨板快速破坏。17-4PH钢是水轮机抗磨蚀的理想材料,用此材料已为渔子溪二级电站制成了铸造导叶及锻造抗磨板.使这些零件的破坏速度相应减慢。

Abstract:The guide vane and facing plate of the water turbine were fast damaged, because of cavitation erosion of high speed flow with sand in the Yuzixi power station 17-4PH stainless steel is a better material preventing cavitation erosion for water turbine. A cast guide vanes and a forge facing plates are made of 17-4PH steel for the Yuzixi 2nd stage power station.The practice operation shows that the damage rate of these parts is decreased.
