大型水轮发电机转子偏心磁场的计算

摘    要:为了研究转子偏心对大型水轮发电机磁场分布、电磁参数计算的影响,以ANSYS的APDL参数化编程为平台,提出了一种应用ANSYS软件实现大型水轮发电机转子偏心磁场有限元计算的方法.采用该方法可以在磁场有限元计算中方便、准确地自动实现偏心转子的旋转、施加载荷、计算线圈磁链等功能.从计算得到的支路电感参数分析可知,转子偏心导致发电机各支路的电磁参数不平衡,其变化规律与偏心的性质与方向有关.提出的方法还为ANSYS软件在电机电磁场分析中的应用提供了经验参考.

Abstract:For analyzing the effects of eccentricity on the distribution of electromagnetic field and the calculation of electromagnetic parameters,a method based on the APDL language of ANSYS software is put forward to calculate the electromagnetic field of a large hydrogenerator with rotor eccentricity.This method can easily and accurately achieve the functions of auto-rotation of eccentric rotor auto-load and auto-calculation for flux linkage.The comparisons of branch inductances of the generator show that branch inductances are no longer symmetrical because of eccentricity and the variation depends on the characteristic and direction of rotor eccentricity.At the same time,the method supplies the experience for analyzing the eccentric electromagnetic field in generator based on ANSYS.
