基于遗传算法的平面叶栅优化设计

摘    要:本文提出了一个基于遗传算法的平面叶栅优化设计方法。该方法利用奇点分布法设计无厚翼型骨线,然后通过遗传算法使叶栅表面边层界面的流动损失最小化,以此搜索沿骨线最佳的厚度分布规律,厚度分布被参 数化表示。已知叶栅的流场分析由一个基于边界元的程序完成。将该方法应用于ZZ440叶栅的设计,结果显示是有效和可行的。

Abstract:A optimization design approach of plane cascades based on genetic algorithm is presented in this paper.The thicknessless wing bone line was designed by using singular-point distribution method,then the best thickness distribution law along the known bone line was searched through minimizing the flow loss of the cascades surface boundary layer by using genetic algorithm,the thickness distribution was parameterized.The flow field analysis of known cascades was accomplished by the computer program based on boundary element method.Apply the approach to the design of ZZ440 cascades,the result was proved to be effective and feasible.
