动平衡消除水轮发电机振动故障

摘    要:将影响系数法应用于水轮发电机转子现场动平衡,消除其振动故障.以大龙潭水电站1#水轮发电机组为例,对其存在的振动问题进行了试验分析,用幅相影响系数法进行现场动平衡试验,消除了机组的振动问题.提出对于高转速水轮发电机组采用双平面加配重进行平衡效果更好,平衡精度更高.

Abstract:The influence coefficient methods were applied in dynamic balance of hydrogenerator rotor at site to solve the vibration fault in this paper. Take Dalongtan hydrogenerator unit 1as an example, the vibration test and analysis were completed, and dynamic balance of rotor is performed also using the influence coefficient methods. The paper shows that the method of double plane balance applied in higher speed hydrogenerator is more available.
