摘    要:本文简要介绍了轧钢加热炉控制系统在国内外的开发应用现状以及控制技术的发展趋势,并介绍了轧钢加热炉控制系统开发的基本内容和关键技术。利用加热炉控制系统所提供的大量信息,对规范加热炉的操作都有着重要意义,为加热炉的燃烧控制提出一种新型的复合式智能控制方案,对方案的可行性进行论证,并进行必要的仿真实验,为最终将算法通过软件和硬件的结合在温控系统中得以实现做好理论基础。

Abstract:The main body of this book gives the brief developing trend of steel rolling heating furnace and control technique applying current situation in home and abroad, and introduces fundamental content and the key technology of the steel rolling heating furnace control system developing. Making use of large amount of information provided by heating furnace control system, having importance to the operation that the heating furnace, for combustion control of heating furnace to put forward one kind of new model compound intelligent control scheme, carrying out demonstration on the scheme's feasibility, and carrying out the necessary emulation experiment, in order to gain algo- rithm which passes the union of the software and the hardware ultimately, getting ready for the union which wilt come true in the temperature control system.
