摘    要:针对多数炼钢及冶金企业采用人工手抄的方式采集数字电表测得的数字数据,不能实时监测和控制用电情况,能源浪费严重的问题,设计了基于CAN总线和Internet的分布式网络监控系统。该系统采用CAN总线实现数字电表的实时数据采集,通过Internet将数据传到上位机,由上位机的数据处理软件对系统进行网络化管理和控制。实际运行结果表明,该系统能够实现实时数据采集和网络化管理,可以起到显著地节能增效作用。

Abstract:In view of the hand-data acquisition method from digital electric meter in most steelmaking and metallurgy corporation, which couldn't detect and control the electric consuming conditions, and also resulted in severe power waste, a distributed network monitoring system based on CAN Bus and Intemet was designed. In this system, CAN Bus was applied to realize the real-time data acquisition of digital electric meter, then data were transferred to PC by Internet, data were processed by data processing software on PC to realize network-administration and control of electric power. The results show that this system has a good real time acquisition and network-administration performance which can play an important role in saving energy and increasing efficiency of energy utilization.
