摘    要:空分环节旨在于净化、分离空气,为全厂提供气体需求,而过程是由程序自动控制完成,每一阶段的运行时间和所动作的阀门都是有严格的要求,如果时间达不到要求或者阀门动作有误都会造成空气净化指标不合格,造成整个工艺流程的中断,从而酿成巨大损失,因此分子筛各个阀门的运行必须得到有效的控制和监控。

Abstract:The empty part aims to purification, air separation, gas demand for the whole plant equipment, and the molecular sieve effect is to purify the air, process is automatically controlled by a program is completed, the running time of each stage and the action of the valve are strict requirements, if time is not up to the requirements or valve action errors will cause the air purification is not up to the index, Interruption caused the entire process flow, thus causing huge losses, so molecular sieve each valve operation must be controlled and monitor effective.
