高炉料面自动成像控制系统的设计与研究

摘    要:在高炉冶炼过程中,炉料在炉内的径向分布直接影响着煤气流的分布,因此掌握和了解料面状况对控制煤气流分布以及改善高炉操作是十分重要的。本文设计了一种“可视化”的高炉料面监控系统,以高炉料面自动成像为核心,通过运动平台获取炉内料面的多幅实时图像,并完成感兴趣区域的图像拼接,最后得到整个高炉料面完整的实时图像。

Design and Research Of Automatic Imaging Control System on Blast-Furnace

Abstract:In the process of blast-furnace smelting, the radial distribution of furnace burden would impose an immediate influence on the distribution characteristics of gas current, therefore, an in-time acknowledgement of the state of burden is essential for controlling the gas current and improving the blast-furnace operation. This paper illustrates a "visible" system designed for monitoring furnace burden distribution, the essence of which lies in the automatic imagery of furnace burden. The system could be employed to get real-time images of blast-furnace burden through a moving platform, compose the image mosaic of certain interested areas,and finally we get the real-time image of the blast-furnace.
