摘    要:以运动控制器为核心的电梯控制系统较以PLC为核心的控制系统更有优势。本文以运动控制器LMC058为核心,触摸屏HMIGX03501作为人机界面,伺服驱动器LXM32AU45M2及伺服电机BSH0551T01A2A作为执行机构,构建了双电梯控制模型。该模型资源配置合理,运行稳定。

Abstract:The elevator control system based on motion controller has more advantages than the system based on PLC. This paper taking the LMC058 motion controller as the core, using HMIGXO3501 touch screen as man-machine interface, selecting LXM32AU45M2 servo drive and servo motor BSH0551T01A2A as an actuator, constructs a control model including two elevators. The model has reasonable allocation of resources and stable operation.
