基于S7-300的双容水箱调液位控制

摘    要:以PLC为控制器,双容下水箱为被控对象,设计双容下水箱液位定值控制系统。液位信号通过液位传感器测量传送至PLC,经PID控制算法对数据进行处理,输出控制信号至作为执行器的电动调节阀。利用组态王软件设计的人机界面,就可以实现对整个系统的实时监控。

Abstract:Take PLC as the controller, the double capacity following tank as the controlled object, we design the value level control system of the double capacity following tank. Level signal is sent to the PLC through the level sensor. Processed by the PID control algorithm,control signal is output to the electric control valve as the actuator. With the man-machine interface of the king view, we can achieve real-time monitoring of the entire system.
