ABB机器人浇铸工作站的设计和应用

摘    要:根据ABB机器人的功能需求和特点,设计了具有良好通用性的工业机器人浇铸控制系统的软硬件结构。以六轴机器人为应用实例,并根据实际生产的需求,通过西门子PLC与ABB机器人的信号交互控制。实际应用结果表明,该浇铸工作站有效的提高了浇铸生产效率,并且运行稳定可靠。

Abstract:According to the functional requirements and characteristics of the ABB robot, this paper proposes a design which has good generality of industrial robot casting control system hardware and software structure. With the example of six axis robot and the requirement of the actual production, it achieves the interactive signal control by Siemens PLC and ABB robot. The practical application results show that the casting workstation improves the efficiency of casting production effectively, and its operation is stable and reliable.
