摘    要:谐波污染已引起世界各国的高度重视.功率因数校正(PFC)是治理谐波的一种有效方法.本文研究了基于单周期控制的三相三开关高功率因数整流器,推导了三相三开关升压整流器的控制规律,设计了一种基于单周期控制技术的PFC控制器,该控制器不需要乘法器,更不需要对电源电压进行检测,其控制逻辑非常简单且以恒定频率工作.完成了7kW三相高功率因数整流器的设计与实验研究,进行了稳态与动态响应试验,试验结果表明系统的功率因数可达0.98,且实现了单位功率因数校正和低电流畸变.

Abstract:The attention devoted to reducing harmonic pollution is increasing. Power factor correction (PFC) is an effective method to reduce harmonic current in power grid. A three-phase three-switch high power factor rectifier with one cycle control is researched. The control laws of three-phase three-switch rectifier are deduced. A new PFC controller based on one cycle control technology is designed. Its control logic is very simple and the multipliers and input voltage sensors are not needed. The control circuit could be implemented by the general integrate circuit and electronic devices. A 7kW three-phase high power factor rectifier with one cycle control is designed and implemented. Experimental results of steady test and dynamic state test prove that the rectifier's power factor can reach 0.98. It can achieve low current distortion and unity power factor correction.
