摘    要:提出一种新型电磁式双凸极无刷直流电机,它是在双凸极永磁电机基础上,用电励磁代替原电机的永磁结构,发电运行时,取消了原电机中的功率变换器和转子位置传感器,电机的结构和制造工艺简单,可靠性高,功率密度高,成本低.本文设计加工一台原理样机,并采用二维电磁场有限元法对其进行了精确分析计算,得到了电机的静态特性,与实验结果进行了对比.

Abstract:A new type of doubly salient brushless DC generator is presented in which the field excitation is provided by fielding-winding instead of permanent magnet, based on the double salient permanent motor. When it is used as a generator, the power converter and the sensor of rotor position can be canceled. This kind of motor has some advamtages, such as simple structure, simple manufacture technology, very high reliability, high power density, low cost, and high speed capability. In this paper, a prototype field-winding doubly salient brushless DC Generator is designed and calculated using 2-D Finite Element Method(FEM). Its static characteristic is obtained and is compared with experimental results.
