自寻优模糊电力系统稳定器的设计

摘    要:针对常规模糊电力系统稳定器(FPSS)的不足之处,将公式型模糊控制算法和连续因子相乘法结合,设计了一种新型模糊电力系统稳定器--自寻优模糊电力系统稳定器(SOFPSS).SOFPSS算法简单,适合于实时控制,并可在线优化控制规则,同时也克服了普通公式型模糊算法所固有的稳态性能差的缺点.仿真与动模实验结果均表明,SOFPSS动态特性好,适应能力强.

Abstract:A new type of fuzzy power system stabilizer, self-optimizing fuzzy power system stabilizer(SOFPSS) was designed by combing formula fuzzy control algorithm and continuous factor multiplication algorithm. SOFPSS is simple in calculation and suitable for real time control. It optimizes the control rules on line and overcomes the shortcoming of inherent bad steady state performance of the common formula fuzzy algorithm. The computer simulation and dynamic experiments demonstrated the effectiveness of SOFPSS.
