摘    要:本文用有限元方法对发电机端部涡流场和温度场联合求解。将矢量磁位方法发展到汽轮发电机端部涡流场计算中,计算中考虑了铁心中有限的磁导率及线圈的实际厚度。并用三维等参有限元方法计算了涡流损耗引起的温升分布。计算值与实测值符合较好。

Abstract:This paper presents an associated computation method of eddy current and temperature field in generator based on finite element method.The vector potential method is developed to calculate the magnetic field and eddy current distribution of the end region of large turbine-generator,taking account of the magnetic permeabi- lity in iron regions and the actual thickness of the windings.The temperature rises caused by eddy current losses is determined by a 3-D isoparametric finite element method.The results of calculation coincide with those obtained by tests.
