摘    要:本文在分析了扩展的Park’s矢量方法的原理和不足的基础上 ,提出了一种通过将异步电动机定子三相电流从静止的 (a、b、c)坐标系转换至同步旋转的 (dc、qc)坐标系后 ,在新坐标系中对电流分量进行频谱分析以提取故障特征和进行诊断的有效方法。文章叙述了这种方法的原理 ,并与扩展的Park’s矢量方法进行了比较。该方法物理意义明确 ,对于复合型故障 ,更加有效可靠。理论分析和试验均证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:A new approach of on-line condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for the squirrel-cage induction motors is introduced.The proposed approach is based on the spectral analysis of the current components in the (d c?q c)reference frame transfered from the (a?b?c)reference frame.Compared with previous techniques based on spectral analysis of the motor phase currents,and that of the Extended Park's Vector Approach,the new approach is more effective and credible,especially for the compounded faults.The major theoretical principles of the approach are described.Both theoretical derivation and laboratory test results clearly validated the new way.
