| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于风险度评价的配电网多目标灵活规划算法.首先将规划年的预测负荷、电价、导线价格等参数的变化由原来的离散状态转变为多场景区间,通过确定其在某场景区间段内的单调性的方法直接分析和处理,确定各个因素对电网规划结果的影响趋势,从而将电网规划中的不确定性问题转化为多个确定性问题,依次获得各个场景的规划方案,并以风险度最小为标准确定鲁棒性最优的规划方案.实现了电网的多目标灵活规划.规划实例表明文中提出的方法是可行的.

| Abstract: | Based on risk assessment, an algorithm of distribution network flexible multi-object planning is presented. First, the parameters of object year like load,electrovalence,lead price are changed from discrete state to a section of multi-scenario.Through monotony analysis of a scenario, we can obtain the influence trend of every parameter. After that, the uncertainty problem of planning is changed into several confirmed problems, The scheme of each scenario is obtained, and consider the minimum cost expectation scheme as the optimum robust planning scheme. Then the distribution network flexible planning can be realized. The instance of the paper indicates the method is feasible. |
