混成电力控制系统及其应用

摘    要:提出并建立了混成电力控制系统(Hybrid Power Control System, HPCS)概念、理论架构及其方法论,可以认为这是电力系统中一门新学科分支的诞生.为了有助于理解该学科分支的理论和方法并进而加以应用,特以混成自动电压控制(HAVC)为例进行了具体的阐述.在HAVC系统中,我们建立了混杂分层电压控制模型,采用离散事件作为驱动主体,并可以实现复合指标调控.该理论和方法的应用使长期以来电力系统运行调度中品质-稳定-经济三重优化的"梦想"成为现实.应该指出本文阐明的HAVC系统设计理念和方法亦实用于大电力系统的混成自动调频(HAGC)和其他具有混成结构的系统,如军事实战指挥系统、复杂的大规模制造加工系统和某些过程优化控制系统等.

Abstract:The concept, theory framework and cases of Hybrid Power Control System (HPCS) are introduced and established in the paper. The HPCS can be considered as a newly established branch in the research of power system. In particular, the Hybrid Automatic Voltage Control(HAVC) is illustrated in the paper. In this system, a new hybrid layered voltage control models is set up, the discrete events are taken as the drives of the system, and the synthetic objects are achieved. The HAVC can successfully optimize the quality, stability and operational cost of the power system. It should be noted that the concept and research approaches are more practical than those of Hybrid Automatic Generator Control (HAGC) and other hybrid systems, including military commanding systems, complicated manufacturing systems and some process optimizing systems.
