低谐波双级饱和磁控电抗器研究

摘    要:为了降低单相磁控电抗器(MCR)产生的高次谐波,提出将磁控电抗器工作铁心设计为双级磁饱和结构,并建立了这种铁心结构的磁路数学模型,在分析单级磁控电抗器谐波分布特性的基础上,给出了双级磁饱和电抗器的谐波抵消原理.对所提出的双级饱和磁控电抗器进行了数值仿真和实验研究,结果表明,采用双级饱和铁心结构能将现有单级极限饱和结构的最大谐波含量由7%降低到2.8%.

Abstract:One of the drawbacks of the magnetically controlled reactor (MCR) in use is its generation of higher harmonics which pollute the connecting power network. This is especially true when single-phase MCR is put into operation. External method, such as delta circuit connection, phase shifting, can not be used for harmonic suppression. Additional LC filters have to be applied in this circumstance. In this paper, a novel limb structure with two-stage saturation is proposed, which can greatly reduce the generated harmonics without the assistance of external filtering approaches. Mathematical model of the MCR with two-stage saturation limb structure is setup. The mechanism of self-harmonic suppression is analyzed. Numerical simulation and prototype experiment were performed, which has proven effectiveness and feasibility of harmonic reduction with the proposed new MCR structure.
