高速机车牵引电机定子绕组匝间电压分布特性的仿真研究

摘    要:基于JD116型变频牵引电机,建立定子槽模型,通过有限元分析定子槽的电磁场计算绕组分布参数值;利用MATLAB仿真软件建立变频调速牵引电机定子绕组高频等效电路模型,探讨了电机定子绕组匝间电压的分布特性.仿真结果表明,增大输入脉冲电压的上升沿时间、减小等效匝对地电容和绕组自感可以改善绕组匝间电压的分布.该结果为变频牵引电机绝缘材料的选取、绝缘结构的优化设计提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Finite element analysis is used to analyze the electromagnetic field in the stator slot based on the model of the type JD116 inverter-fed traction motor, from which the winding distributed parameters in the slot can be obtained. Using MATLAB simulation software, the high-frequency equivalent circuit model of inverter-fed traction motor is established and the winding inter-turn voltage distribution characteristic of the stator allows investigated. The simulated results present that increasing the rise time of the pulse voltage, decreasing equivalent capacitance to ground and self-inductance can improve the voltage distribution inside the windings of the stator, which offer theoretical base for the insulation material and configure design of the traction motor.
