极间隔断Halbach型磁钢的永磁同步电机气隙磁场解析计算及参数分析

摘    要:提出将分块式Halbach型磁钢的单片磁钢角度与充磁夹角作为分析参数,获得基于这两个参数的永磁同步电机的气隙磁场解析模型;系统分析了磁钢厚度、单片磁钢角度与充磁夹角对气隙磁通密度的影响;提出一种性能优于传统Halbach型磁钢的极间隔断Halbach型磁钢新方案,以获得径向气隙磁通密度更高的基波幅值与更低的波形正弦性畸变率为目标,分析获得不同极对数下该类磁钢的优化设计方案。通过有限元分析验证了解析模型的正确性,并验证了合理设计的极间隔断Halbach型磁钢的优越性。
