摘    要:建立了考虑暂态稳定约束和风速不确定性的风机极限穿透功率计算模型。采用修正能量函数法计算暂态稳定指标,建立暂态稳定约束条件。针对风电出力的不确定性,采用风速预测误差的模糊性表征风电出力的模糊性,并基于可信性理论建立了支路容量的模糊机会约束条件。结合暂态稳定约束,最终建立风电穿透功率的模糊机会约束模型。为了避免低效的模糊模拟求解,将模糊机会约束条件转化为其清晰等价类,简化模糊机会约束模型为易求解的混合整数线性规划模型。IEEE 30节点算例表明该方法可有效计算风机极限穿透功率。

Abstract:The paper proposes the model to determine the wind farm penetration limit considering the transient stability constraints and uncertainty of wind speed.The model adopts corrected transient energy function to calculate transient stability index and put forward the transient stability constraints.The ambiguity of wind power output is represented by the credibility distribution function model of wind power forecast errors.Hence the fuzzy chance constraints are established for line capacity based on credibility theory.Finally,the fuzzy chance-constrained model is developed for determining wind farm penetration limit.Regarding the model solving,the fuzzy chance constraint is converted to the equivalent form to avoid the inefficient fuzzy simulation.Thus the proposed model can be simplified to the mixed integer linear programming model.The results of IEEE 30 bus system show the proposed model is efficient to determine wind farm penetration limit.
