摘    要:建立了油田用变频驱动往复式柱塞泵站效率优化控制问题的数学模型 ;给出并证明了目标函数最优值为零的充分条件 ,为简化优化模型求解过程 ,提高求解速度以及合理设计注水泵站提供了理论依据 ;提出以Hamming距离表示水泵的切换次数和最小切换次数控制策略 ,在目标函数满足精度限制的条件下 ,按照Hamming距离最小的原则去选择最优结果 ,满足工程实际需要。应用和实验结果证实了新方法的有效性。新型优化控制策略使系统效率比常规变频驱动恒压控制提高 9 8%以上

Abstract:This paper proposed a model of efficiency optimization control of frequency converter driving pumping stations with reciprocating plunger pumps and presented the sufficient conditions of zero value of objective function, which provided the theoretical foundations of simplifying the solution process, improving the solution speed and designing the pumping stations properly. The model denotes switching number of pumps by Hamming distance and a minimum switching number control strategy is thereby proposed which can solve some practical problems in engineering and the experimental results has proved its validity. Such a novel strategy has been put into practice in the water injection pump station. Compared with the normal variable frequency constant pressure water injection pump station, the overall efficiency of the system is improved over 9 8%.
