大功率电力电子装置试验方法论

摘    要:大功率电力电子装置试验研究一直处于比较混乱的状态,需要在方法论的层次找出其内在规律.本文分析了大功率电力电子试验及其方法论的哲学内涵和外延,阐述了试验活动的范围、模式,试验方法的本质特征、结构和分类、目标和层次的确定,试验的历史观和发展观,试验中的数学、系统方法论、试验方法的运用以及试验方法等效分析和试验评估,揭示了试验的一般方法和规律,为大功率电力电子装置的试验和应用提供了哲学高度的理论基础.

Abstract:The study of high power electronic equipment test has always been in a state of confusion and blind, so it is imperative to find the inherent law on methodology level. The connotation and extension of the test and its methodology is analyzed in the paper. The test activity scope and pattern, essential characteristic, configuration and categorization, and the objective and hierarchy determination are analyzed. The history and development view on test, mathematics issues and system methodology in test domain are introduced, and the application of test method, equivalence mechanism and appraisal of the test methods are elaborated. Thus the general method and intrinsic qualities are revealed while the theoretical base on philosophy level is founded for the future study on high power electronics equipment tests.
