摘    要:把小波变换应用于输电线路故障后所出现的暂态行波的分析和研究中,揭示了行波信号的“突变”和其小波变换模极大值之间的关系,行波信号的小波变换模极大值标志着电流行波中最主要的故障特征。利用这些模极大值可以构成利用电流行波的故障起动元件,选相元件,还可构成利用电流行波的继电保护和故障测距。

Abstract:The paper discussed the fault inforniation of transient current travelling waves in trans-mission line. Its main characteristic is ``changing suddenly' as travelling waves arrived at ``measuringpoint'. Using dyadic wavelet transforni, the wavelet transforrn will appears ``modulus maxima'.These modulus maxima could denote fault characteristic of travelling waves. Based on the modulusmaxima, faultstarting element and fault phase selection element can be constructed and protection relayand fault location with travelling waves will be realized.
